TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT

-- Anything offensive or inappropriate in any wayWHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Unless otherwise specified, you will receive
-- Full resolution digital image (300dpi)
-- PNG formatThe product is a digital file and does not require shipping.PAYMENT
-- All payments must be paid in full upfront.
-- For larger projects, clients have the option to pay a 50% downpayment. A low resolution preview will be provided for approval upon completion. The full resolution file will be delivered once the remaining balance is paid.
-- Payment must be in USD and made through Paypal.
-- If your commission has been accepted, you will receive an email stating so. This will be followed by an invoice.
-- Payments must be made through the provided invoice. Do not send any payments if I have not accepted your commission.
-- Once payment is received, you will receive an email stating that I'll start working on your request.
-- If payment is not received within 7 days, your slot will be forfeited.REFUND POLICY
-- Payment cannot be refunded once I start working on your commission.
-- A full refund will be provided if I cannot complete your commission within the timeframe agreed upon due to personal reasons or other unforeseen circumstances.
-- The client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and will adhere to the refund policy.REFERENCES

-- Descriptions of the commissioned character/s are also appreciated (i.e. personality, background, etc.)You, as the client, guarantee that all provided references and materials for use in the commission are legally obtained and authorized by the copyright holder. Heavy referencing or copying of unauthorized material will not be accepted.PROCESS AND REVISIONS
Rough Draft
-- You will receive a rough draft of the requested artwork (sketch + base colors).
-- I will ask for your approval before proceeding with the commission.
-- You may send your comments only during this period. If you have approved of the draft, you cannot request any more major revisions.Final
-- Final artwork will be completed within 1-3 months.
-- You may request updates on the progress of your commission.
-- Your commission will be sent via email or Google Drive.
-- Once completed, I will still accept minor revisions. Any major revisions will incur an additional charge. (The type of revision will be determined by the artist accordingly.)Timeline may vary depending on commission type, complexity, revisions, response time and workload. You will be notified if there are any delays or changes to the agreed upon timeline. Please inform me if you need it finished within a certain timeframe.RIGHTS AND USAGE
I, as the artist, retain full copyright, ownership, intellectual property rights and credit for the commissioned artwork. Unless stated otherwise, commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
-- You may not use the commissioned artwork commercially (mass-production, re-selling to other parties, use in merchandise, use for profit, use for monetized content, etc.)
-- You may not use the commissioned artwork for AI tools, platforms or programs, NFTs, and the like.
-- You may not edit or modify the artwork without permission.
-- You may not remove or erase the artist's watermark without permission.
-- You may not claim the artwork as your own.
-- You may not repost or share the artwork without credit.
-- You may not use the artwork in a way that will dishonor or disrespect the original artist.For commercial use, a separate agreement will be written as discussed with the client.I have the right to accept or decline a commission.Depending on the project, these terms may be further discussed.If you do not acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Commission Terms of Service, I will not accept your commission.
